Welcome to the online home of Student Solar Cooking Science Projects!  Through our pilot program in Eldoret, Kenya we hope to provide a replicable model for a dynamic and viable solution to the enormous challenge of engaging more people in the developing world in the cleanest cooking solution of all.  We also hope to give the middle and high school age students who participate in our projects tools of thought and method that will serve them in many areas of their lives, and increase their self-confidence and chances of success.

You can help!  This is a lean, efficient program, in which all adults so far are volunteers.  Aside from a small amount for funds-transfer fees and  modest promotional materials, your donation will be put to work in Eldoret, to get our team—currently working in the dusty street—into a modest covered facility and enable many more groups of young people to participate in this exciting work.  Please visit our You Can Help page to learn more about how you can help and how far your donation can go.
